The role
Build connections with clients and partners, and ensure you embody our digital brand.


The responsibilities

  • Deliver customer growth, meeting, and exceeding expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and develop the business through acting on process
- improvements and great ideas

  • Look for ways to simplify and automate any administrative processes you are responsible for executing.
  • Be aware and focused on performance data and metrics, supporting yourself and the team to improve and exceed targets
  • Focus on the details, process, and handle data carefully
  • Fully maximize on technology that is available
  • Seek every opportunity to increase our customer base
  • Handle all complaints in a pragmatic and focused way, taking learning and being focused on customer retention and advocacy
  • Look for ways to reduce costs and save money

  • Fluent in verbal and written business English (essential)
  • Problem solving
  • Seller
  • Innovative, inquisitive
  • A great communicator
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Data Analysis & Report Creation
  • Strategic, Mindset
  • Flowcharts, creation
  • Experience 1 to 2 years in process mapping
  • Experience directly with customers customer centred
  • Experience in driving sales, personally and as part of a sales
