You will also maintain vendor relationships and communicate support cases, product issues, and pain points across products, will work collaboratively, and provide guidance and leadership with other peer organizations responsible for our end user technology suite to ensure key security controls are met.

Effectively communicate technical concepts to business lines and stakeholders
Develops metrics and measures demonstrating compliance against security controls.


_About you:
_


  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 7+ years of relevant professional Information Technology / Information Security experience
  • Strong understanding of network transport protocols and services (TCP/IP, syslog, DNS, ODBC, SFTP, SSH, PKI, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently while driving projects to conclusion
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to understand technology sufficiently to clearly communicate the complexity in simple terms for key stakeholders
  • Ability to initiate new ideas, create action plans, implement projects, and carry efforts to completion; proven ability to lead through engagement with others; and capability to solve problems, to resolve conflicts, and to deal effectively with internal and external constituencies
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • General scripting proficiency (i.e. Powershell, BASH, Python, Perl, etc )
  • Experience with managing infrastructure within AWS and/or other public cloud environments
  • Experience implementing security controls across the broader M365 suite of products
  • Security certification(s) such as Security+ or CISSP
