The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers; the main goal of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships between the company and its customers.
In this position, you'll work as a bilingual agent for any of our departments (sales, logistics, social networks, finance).Responsibilities:
- Answer customer support calls
- Provide customer information and/or mark for escalation
- Follow up on leads
- Special project planning and execution
- Track Pending Accounts by Sending Videos
- Contact customers to generate the commitment of sending corresponding documents
- Communication with the agencies

Requirements:
- English language proficiency
- Motivated, positive attitude
- Undergraduate degree preferred in business, logistics, or related field
- Ability to pick up proprietary software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Immediate availability
