The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers; the main goal of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships between the company and its customers.

In this position, you'll work as a bilingual agent for any of our departments (sales, logistics, social networks, finance).


Responsibilities:


  • Answer customer support calls
  • Provide customer information and/or mark for escalation
  • Follow up on leads
  • Special project planning and execution
  • Track Pending Accounts by Sending Videos
  • Contact customers to generate the commitment of sending corresponding documents
  • Communication with the agencies

Requirements:


  • English language proficiency
  • Motivated, positive attitude
  • Undergraduate degree preferred in business, logistics, or related field
  • Ability to pick up proprietary software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Immediate availability
