The Role

Currently on the lookout for a Banking Strategy Specialist (Account Services) to join their dynamic FinTech team at Clip. This individual will spearhead the formulation and implementation of strategies for innovative banking account services.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences through continuous market research and competitive analysis to drive innovation and distinguish financial products.
Identify, prioritize, and introduce new products and features that directly enhance the capacity to cater to their newest and fastest-growing product offerings.
Devising strategies to enhance revenue across the banking product spectrum, identifying opportunities for maximizing interest income and cross-selling.
Establish processes to deeply comprehend and fulfill customer requirements through product usage metrics, customer feedback, and insights from support teams.
Prioritize features based on business impact, market demand, and technical feasibility, while maintaining a strategic product roadmap that addresses both short-term priorities and long-term goals.

Technical Requirements:

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving proficiency to tackle complex challenges related to product development, market dynamics, and business strategy within the financial services sector.
Superior communication skills to convey intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, promote consensus, and encourage collaboration across diverse teams.
Adaptable mindset in an agile environment, capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and handling uncertainty while focusing on outcomes and execution.
English and Portuguese languages are mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or strategic planning within the banking or financial services realm.
Ability to collaborate effectively yet work autonomously when necessary.
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
Reside in Mexico City.
