-General Summary
The Site Security Lead will ensure a secure environment for all personnel, properties and assets by
an adequate and efficient management of preventative and corrective security procedures and
systems, following all applicable laws and regulations, corporate guidelines and CTPAT and OEA
regulations. The Site Security Lead will supervise all Security resources in their respective plant or
zone of operation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop/Implement Security strategies and actions plans
  • Promote and Ensure security of people, assets and business reputation against security risk
  • Manage Supply Chain Security at the plant level
  • Maintain the expat security program at the plant level
  • Ensure OEA/CTPAT security compliance at the plant level
  • Manage Security Intelligence and Programs
  • Compile and Report Security Incidents
  • Manage Security Networking in for their plant
  • Conduct and Overview security investigations at the Plant level
  • Manage all human security resources at the Plant level
  • Manage Security Budgets
  • Manage security contracts at the Plant level
  • Organize and Overview Security Training/Awareness Programs
  • Manage Security technologies in coordination with Security Systems Coordinator
  • Coordinate Required Security Audits
  • Coordinate with Mexico Security Manager on all security aspects
  • Manage BRP Emergency Response Program at the Plant level
  • Manage LERC incidents at the Plant level
  • Support NA (USA, Canada) security operations
  • Other security task and responsibilities as needed
Completion of Security Audits
CTPAT/OEA Physical Security Compliance level

Scholarship


Bachelor:
Degree or Equivalent experience in security field (5 years or more)
Technical skills
Supply Chain Security knowledge
Risk Assessment experience
Emergency Response Program experience
Advanced English/ Spanish
Valid Passport
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
