Electrical Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to lead the development and optimization of electrical components and systems for automotive, heavy-duty, and industrial applications. This is a role based in Mexico with opportunities for international collaboration.

• The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze complex technical problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive cross-functional projects forward.
• A strong background in electrical engineering with expertise in circuit design, validation, and prototyping is essential.

This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to the development of complex high-performance automotive electronics. The successful candidate will take a leadership role guiding junior engineers while driving technical direction on key projects.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field


• 8+ years experience as senior electrical engineer preferably within automotive industry
  
  with demonstrated advanced knowledge of analog/digital circuits & microcontrollers.  Expertise can be verified through peer-reviewed articles,&
  significant patents OR competitive coursework completion at top-tier universities like MIT/Stanford .
