The Crowd Simulation Analyst position is responsible for the planning, modeling & execution Crowd Simulation & general Transportation plan sets & other construction documents with proficiency on Civil 3D Software & relevant simulation software; assisting with design, modeling, specifications, reports and the full deliverables needed for multiple projects while working with other disciplines within the relevant project team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Urbanism or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in Traffic engineering, Pedestrian & Crowd Modeling & Management in site planning and development of public works projects preferred.

English level C1or superior is a must.

Knowledge of transportation engineering, pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and crowd management principles.
Strong knowledge & skills on relevant software tools, including but not limited to: Civil 3D, PTV Viswalk, Mass Motion, Legion, etc.
Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with sustainable design principles & environmental regulations.
