SAP Manufacturing Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

The SAP Manufacturing Analyst (Production Planning) position is primarily responsible for assisting with SAP alignments, providing end user support for break fixes, and working enhancement related task per business needs.

This position will be onsite at our Collis de Mexico facility in the Apodaca area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with business users to interpret and refine business requirements on small and large projects
Very good knowledge of PP master data such as BOM (Material BOM, Sale Order BOM, WBS BOM, equipment BOM, Costing BOM, engineering BOM etc.), Work Centre, Routing, production version in both ECC and HANA
Translate business requirements into designs and specifications that consider business process, industry trends and SAP best practices
As lead of small efforts will act as project manager, business analyst, and technical lead
On large efforts may fill a combination of business analyst, technical lead, or individual contributor role
Lead or support all phases of testing including managing test data, devising test cases and resolving test findings
Contribute to or lead training and documentation efforts in support of project work
Support procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing business units
Work with and coordinate across multiple technical teams
Provide level three production support for issues and enhancement requests
Provide analysis and estimates for upcoming tasks
Demonstrate an understanding and proficiency in business analysis best practices as well as hands on SAP design and configuration
Use technical and communication skills with business knowledge to own the successful resolution of business problems

REQUIEREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Skills with these modules are a must (core needs):
SAP MM (Materials Management) module
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
SAP PP (Production Planning) module
Must be able to work effectively individually or collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Advanced English, required
