For the
Industrial Assembly Solutions (IAS) Customer Center in Mexico, based in
Puebla, we are looking to welcome a new
Service Analyst (M/F) to our service team.

IAS is a division within the Industrial Technique Business Area of the Atlas Copco Group and we are a world-wide leading provider of industrial assembly solutions such as adhesive dispensing, riveting or flow-drill fastening.


Description of Role:


As Service Analyst, you will support the development of the service business line of our Customer Center in Mexico by processing service purchase orders (internal as well as external) and through planning and revision of the service reports regarding performed technical services by our team of field service engineers all over Mexico.

You will also examine and analyse weekly and monthly reports of working hours of the technical service team, analyzing overtime payments.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing of internal and external service purchase orders
  • Buying of materials for maintenance of our product companies
  • Calculation of profit margin of each service purchase order
  • Analysis of service inventory
  • Manage service calendar (Spirit)
  • Plan service invoicing
  • Service hour report management and analysis
  • Followup on service engineer planning
  • Revision of overtime reports
  • Revision of weekly and monthly service reports
  • Rivets (EDI)

Experience:

1-3 years in administration of industrial company

Experience in a service environment in the automotive industry is a plus

Work in an international organization


Knowledge:

MS office

Advanced English knowledge


Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, international business, industrial engineering or similar
