Cargo Partner Network, Inc. is now looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team based in Chicago, IL.

The role of the Accounts Payable Assistant is to support Cargo Partner Network, Inc. and the finance manager in financial and administrative tasks.

Your Tasks
:

Handling, receiving, and posting freight invoices for operational departments in the United States
Handling incoming statements, communication with vendors
Posting of invoices promptly to ensure vendors are paid within the invoice terms
Identifying invoice disputes and resolving them in collaboration with the operational departments
Working in SAP & MS Excel
