About Job:

This position is responsible for deliverables instructions with a global scope, coding and data validation, focusing on a specific industry / category in various countries. As a data processing specialist at Nielsen, you must create and deliver project results in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational tasks and new set‑up activities to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of global client outputs
  • Serve as the
    primary point of contact
    for inquiries, coordinating issue resolution with Global Client Liaison and Global Service teams
  • Maintain proactive and transparent communication with global teams regarding incidents, service improvements, technical updates, and progress
  • Identify, investigate, and coordinate the resolution of issues related to data, processes, or products
  • Plan and manage a complex daily workload to meet both departmental and company deadlines
  • Analyze and identify gaps or areas for improvement in coding, data validation, and client instruction environments within internal platforms (e.g., Nielsen software)
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to country‑level teams
  • Collaborate with Operations and Enablement teams to ensure delivery meets client expectations
  • Work effectively in a virtual and multicultural environment, maintaining strong communication with global stakeholders

Qualifications

About you:

We are looking for a
Data Operations Analyst
to join our international team. This person will be responsible for executing Business as Usual activities and new set‑up processes to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of global client solutions across multiple countries, meeting quality standards and operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Any Graduate, preference given to Admin, Economics, Commerce
  • +1 year of experience
  • English: speaking and writing with fluency
  • Excel Intermediate- Advanced
  • Programming in R/Python, SQL (desirable)
  • Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
