Job Summary

The Presentations Designer is a creative professional responsible for designing high-impact, visually engaging presentation materials that align with client branding and communication goals.

This role requires advanced design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex information into clear, engaging visuals.

Additionally, the role involves end-to-end design execution—from scoping and moodboarding to client communication and quality assurance. The designer will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver customized presentation solutions across various formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Planning

Scope project requirements and define deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop moodboards and visual concepts to guide design direction.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to align on creative strategy.
Communicate with clients to clarify objectives and gather feedback.

Presentation Design & Development

Create and implement client-specific style templates.
Design cover pages, dividers, and alternative layouts.
Apply advanced formatting, layout, and conversion techniques.
Develop animations and interactive elements using advanced PowerPoint features.

Visual & Graphic Design

Produce illustrations, advanced infographics, and complex maps using cartography and typography principles.
Recreate logos and design custom icons to support branding initiatives.
Perform image manipulation and retouching.
Create and edit team pages and other internal collateral

Digital & Interactive Media

Design Zoom backgrounds and OneMail templates aligned with firmwide branding.
Edit e-learning modules using Adobe Captivate and Articulate.
Develop interactive collateral for digital platforms.

Quality Assurance & Delivery

Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and excellence.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and client specifications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Other Deliverables

Support authoring and firmwide initiatives with branded presentation materials.
Provide design support for ad hoc requests and special projects

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

3+ years of experience in presentation design or a similar creative role is a plus; however, strong internship experience in a related field may be considered.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and e-learning tools (Captivate, Articulate).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skills
Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment.
Familiarity with branding guidelines and client-specific design standards.
Knowledge of interactive design and digital media trends.
