    The Senior Process Engineer – SMT drives technical excellence in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing processes within high-mix electronics production.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Solder paste printing and placement accuracy optimization
    • Thermal profiling, inspection systems, and line balancing leadership
    • New Product Introduction (NPI), cost reduction initiatives, and equipment investment decisions as a technical authority for SMT operations

    To succeed in this role you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of SMT process engineering experience in electronics manufacturing required
