- Working with project management team to schedule physicians within client availability.
- Engage online deskresearch methods and utilize recruitment tools to identify/engage contacts for research engagement.
- Speaking with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to double check their qualification.
- Engaging physicians and allied healthcare professionals outside of the Sermo panel to take part in research when necessitated.
- Updating client schedules, sending calendar invites.
- Keeping interviewees organized with written and phone reminders.
- Onboarding interviewees into a platform, communication with moderators or promoting continued engagement.
- University graduate with marketing or Management degree.
- Undergraduate or working experience in an Englishspeaking country.
- Fluent in English; written and spoken.
- An inquisitive mind and ability to problemsolve
Beneficial IT Skills: - Strong computer working capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point, Outlook)
- Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies
