Job Description Function/Mission**- Coordinate training processes and projects (delivery and tracking) primarily for IFT personnel aligned with Managers and brand/training strategy focusing on product and sales knowledge (
High Specialty:
Immunology, Oncology, Market Access, etc).
- Obtain needs in the field to create and update skills processes with people in the field.
- Administrate Abbvie Learning platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus) and training innovative tools.
- Generate continuous training reports.
- Works within AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Administration and tracking of AbbVie training platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus), including uploading of on-line courses for all affiliate and sales force tracking.
- Coordinate the delivery of Sales Force training needs diagnosis in TAs Knowledge (by brand) that will support brand plans execution.
- Coordinate and deliver training courses of TA ́s knowledge and Challenger for Sales teams (by brand) and evaluate the positive transfer of training.
- Deliver content in response to local needs within the global framework by using innovative tools (gamification tools as Gamelearn, Training Arcade and surveys).
- Observe Field Sales team in role plays, providing constructive feedback after observation.
- Lead custom projects including coordination, preparation of files, and evaluation.
- Assure compliance with corporate and department policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve training content by using new methods and technology that will increase training effectiveness.
Qualifications Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree (business management, marketing, science or a related field is required).
- Intermediate level of English language (speaking and writing).
- Experience with agile software development and usage of training platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player in every task, program or project.
- Knowledge of training theory (Formal Training Needs Analysis/Evaluation).
- Confidently presents information and clearly communicates scientific information and data.
- Must demonstrate innovative and creative approaches to deliver training programs (digital).
- Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility.
