- Review weekly customer requirements with the production control department.
- Key communication channel between the manufacturing areas and the functional areas of Quality, Planning, Materials, Maintenance and Engineering.
- Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel under your charge.
- Maintain the highest level of order in each of its manufacturing units.
- Lead the constant implementation of continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor productivity and scrap generated from manufacturing lines daily and develop action plans.
- Ensure the best quality standards and develop action plans to ensure compliance with internal and external metrics.
- Education Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering or any related field.
- Automotive and harness company experience desirable.
- 3+ years of experience as Manufacturing Manager.
- Knowledge of production metrics (OEE, Efficiency, Adhesion Indicators, absenteeism, DL Turnover, IPPM, WC).
- Proficient English level
