- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical background.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the electronic manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
- Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with automatic component insertion equipment.
- Competence in SMT placement and selective waves technology.
