- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en proyectos de construcción
- Preferentemente haya trabajado en producción y/o con proyectos de mejora
- Preferentemente experiencia en documentación (Sistemas de Calidad)
- Inglés (Capaz de leer y escribir)
- Ordenado
- Análisis y Solución de Problemas.
- Deseable conocimiento de técnicas y aplicación de lean manufacturing
- Actualización de documentos y procedimientos de ingeniería.
- Asegurar la documentación de PSM y SAQ.
- Evaluación de estándares de ingeniería y control del progreso en planes de acción.
- Ejecución de actividades relacionadas a los planes de acción
- Supervisar contratistas, con autoridad para firmar permisos de trabajo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad, salud y medioambiente establecidos por AkzoNobel y los clientes.
- Conocer y aplicar los valores de integridad y ética de la empresa así como el Código de Conducta incluyendo los Principios contra el Soborno y la Ley de Competencia Global, y participar en los entrenamientos relacionados de manera presencial o en línea.
