• Define the end-to-end Discovery approach and strategy
• Configures Discovery Schedules
• Gathers Data from different sources to configure and update schedules according to current IP Range Data
• Processes Discovery and device mapping tasks Troubleshoots and investigates Discovery Credential and Firewall Errors
• Monitors Discovery results to ensure Discovery Schedule Configuration is current and identifies any possible modifications (e.g., credential passwords, firewall settings, timings etc.)
• Sets up and manages Automation Rule setup for Devices throughout their Lifecycle (Operational Status, Location, etc)
• Creates and maintains documentation of Discovery Schedules
• Forecasts Discovery Node license counts to ensure needs are met

• At least two years in a similar role as ServiceNow Discovery owner
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Discovery setup, configuration, patterns and troubleshooting
• Deep understanding of the CMDB, including Identification and Reconciliation (CI Identifiers, Reconciliation Definitions, Data Source precedence, CMDB De-duplication)
• Proven track record of technology delivery in a high-paced, global, agile team working in multiple time zones
• Experience with Agile development processes and methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Focus on quality and attention to detail
• ServiceNow certification is a plus
