• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in mechanical and manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in managing teams and projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices, including CAD software and manufacturing processes.
