    Calling all sales experts If you are ready to take your sales career to the next level, look no further.

    A premier provider of residential blinds committed to excellence in both product quality and customer service is on the lookout for an Inside Sales (SDR) to join the team.

    This individual will play a crucial role in converting inbound leads into successful sales outcomes and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

    As the Inside Sales (SDR) , you'll play a pivotal role in engaging with inbound leads, answering inquiries, and securing in-person appointments for our sales representatives in the field.

    This role requires proactive communication, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to effectively nurture leads through the sales process.
    This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

    What You'll DoLead Engagement:
    Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, or chat, providing information about our products and services and addressing any questions or concerns


    Qualification:
    Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring alignment with our offerings, and determining their readiness for an in-person consultation


    Appointment Setting:
    Schedule appointments for field sales representatives, coordinating with both the sales team and potential customers to find suitable meeting times


    Follow-up:
    Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional information as needed, and guide them through the sales process


    CRM Utilization:
    Utilize our CRM system (HubSpot) to track lead interactions, update lead statuses, and ensure accurate and timely follow-up


    Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on lead priorities and strategies. The schedule for this position is 11am to 8pm PST, Monday through Friday.
    What You Need3+ years experience in phone sales. Strong English communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and through written communication. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software tools. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields is a plus. Salary & PerksThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. Work from home. Afternoon ShiftMonday through Friday, 11 am to 8 pm (1 hour break ) - PST.
