    Organize the upstream flows with the suppliers to improve the supplier SC performance.

    Set and release suppliers forecast and manage logistic terms and conditions.

    Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex : Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy...)

    Including logistic solutions, batch size, lead time, packaging, ABC/FMR analysis, components stocking policy, consignment stock ...

    Is responsible of the supplier forecast and their accuracy

    Monitor and improve the upstream SC performance

    Pilot the containment, corrective and preventive actions to solve upstream SC issues of the plant using the 8D methodology

    Escalade to SSCMEs for critical SC issues with suppliers

    Responsible for the implementation of rules and principles of management of suppliers

    PPEP, Transfer / Disengagement process, SAM audit, Contract / Logistic terms & conditions

    Use Lean tools for Supply Chain performance : VSM, E-VSM, ...

    Qualifications
    • 3 - 5 year college degree preferred
    • Ingles 80%
    • Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Kanban, ROP.
    • Experience in purchasing, inventory control and order management
    • ERP System experience working with SAP desirable
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
    • APICS certification preferred, but not required
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Technical / problem-solving skills
    • Solid background in materials management / methodology
    • Excellent problem resolution skills, providing direction to multiple groups, resolving conflict, improving efficiencies, continuous improvement
