    Integrate manufacturing insights into NPD projects for enhanced design efficiency and reliability.

    * Manage all operational aspects, including quality, engineering, and materials for NPI and NPD initiatives.

    * Develop cost models with plant NPI and Operations teams to control costs and meet launch goals.

    * Provide technical support for Make versus Buy analysis and project timelines.

    * Collaborate with plant NPI and Operations on project timelines and manufacturing plans.

    * Ensure timely achievement of 'Inventory in Stock' date and fulfill Operations requirements.

    * Enhance Time to Market by ensuring quality and performance standards for New Product Launches.

    * Utilize Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Supplier Quality to develop fulfillment strategies.

    * Apply engineering principles to problem-solving and decision-making.

    * Operate autonomously, fostering collaboration across teams and delivering project updates to leadership.

    * Coordinate systematic tool design and engineering functions for product production using CAD technology.

    Perfil del candidato
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
    • Minimum of 4 years' experience in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, project management, or new product development engineering.
    • Proficiency in various manufacturing processes, such as assembly, casting, forging, injection molding, stamping, and finishing.
    • Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects at different stages of development.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information accurately across different functions.
    • Results-oriented individual with excellent time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and SAP.
    • Structured, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team, with leadership experience being advantageous.
    • Familiarity with DFMA techniques and software.
    • Experience with ProE/CREO is beneficial but not required.
    • Skilled in conflict resolution.
    • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
