Job Summary


To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business System analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

The Business System Analyst will be supporting new ERP implementations in the GSS segment.

This position will be part of the project team that gathers customer requirements and performs setup for the ERP system.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Perform software configuration and setups of new customers.
  • Write functional and technical specifications for developers.
  • Determine enhancements and improvements to increase system stability.
  • Test new functionality to support the ERP improvements.
  • Different sites support (Mex and USA).
Experience we are looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Solid experience with EDI, Order Management, and Warehousing.
  • Critical thinking / Troubleshooting skills.
  • Advanced English.
  • Ability to gather customer requirements and relate that to system setup.
  • Ability to write database queries.
  • Previous testing experience.
  • Preferably, ERP experience (BAAN, SAP, etc).
  • SQL knowledge (Queries preferred).
