Descripción
Administration of electronic technician. - Provide production support whenever required. - Reconstruction or upgrade of obsolete equipment. - Training technicians in equipment handling and repair. - Development of special projects assigned by management. - Comply with the established work schedule. - Comply with plant safety requirements. - Comply with the preventive maintenance plan on time. - Keep the equipment running in optimal and safe conditions. - Support to manufacturing engineers to reduce the time lost by machinery. - Participate in product failure analysis. - Make model changes and improvements in machinery, equipment, device and fixtures and document it. - Work with EHS and maintenance team for improvements. - Develop and improve advanced electric-mechanical test fixture/equipment, HMI and PLC programming, LabVIEW programming. - Interact with the production robot control system, focus on PLC and robot interface design and programming. - Strong capability to harmonize the PLC and Test Applications (programming and execution). - Writes and upgrades technical procedures maintained in the technical database at SB&D intranet. - Test Procedures interpretation from Windchill or QMS. - Practice and promote safe work through safety tours and LOTO.
