Sourcing Specialists tell the story of Google to the world. They care deeply about cultivating relationships, have lively, thoughtful conversations with their candidates,and know our organization and its products well enough to articulate life-changing opportunities.
As an expert in the talent needs of our business,
you'll be an adviser to the extraordinary people you find,
engage,and guide through Google's hiring process.
You will collaborate with recruiters
and hiring managers to understand specific needs
of each role and develop targeted sourcing strategies
to build a representative talent pool,helpping build various teams.
- >3 years experience in recruiting or sourcing role.
- >Experience souring at executive level (e.g., niche talent,epxecutive search firm,recuriting agency,in-house corporate talent team).
- >Experience with applicant tracking systems andrecuriting information.
- >Ability communicate Spanish English fluently support client relationship management region..
