As a manufacturing manager, you will need to achieve, maintain and raise the benchmark in terms of customer satisfaction, organizational success and staff well-being through the implementation of rigorously defined manufacturing processes, based on a respectful approach to industrial safety and the environment.

Establish clear and achievable objectives, following the SMART methodology, that are aligned with the Rexroth objectives.

Satisfy the production, in compliance with the customer needs and the capacity of the production lines. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and defect-free products.

Comply company's financial objectives, with a specific focus on production.

Improve the quality, efficiency and utilization of production lines, by reducing scrap and promoting lean manufacturing.

Plan and control expenses related to overtime, repairs and maintenance, internal quality costs and miscellaneous expenses.

Lead the MAKE phase in the product Supply Chain.

Responsible of internal and external audits, regarding the production.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
Work History: several years of relevant professional experience in the manufacturing area and supply chain
Experience and Knowledge: SAP, Industrial Engineering and ECR's, Lean Manufacturing, Core tools, project management, ISO TS 16949 and ISO 9001.
Languages: Advanced English.
Personality: goaloriented, entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, openminded to work in an international team
