We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a
Project Manager

What you'll do:

Lead endtoend project lifecycles, managing integrated technology solutions and digital transformations.
Take charge of upstream processes encompassing business requirements gathering, scoping, chartering, planning, and scheduling.
Perform indepth analysis of resource options, ensuring precise cost estimates and budget management.
Develop comprehensive project documentation and oversee continuous reporting for enhanced visibility.
Monitor project health through performance metrics and financial data analysis to guide informed decisions.
Implement robust project change control and risk management protocols to maintain project alignment.
Facilitate status meetings to proactively identify and resolve obstacles, fostering collaboration among teams.
Foster client relationships, positioning projects for sustained success.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and tool enhancements.

Preferred experience:

Bachelor's degree in technology, Business, or a related field; advanced project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
4 years of direct experience managing multifaceted IT implementations.
Thorough understanding of the technical landscape within the client's domain, encompassing IT infrastructure, networking protocols, cloud computing, cybersecurity principles, software development methodologies, and relevant industry standards.
Proficiency in utilizing project management tools, such as Jira or Microsoft Project, collaboration platforms like Slack or Teams, and technical tools specific to the client's operations.
Ability to oversee and manage projects requiring complex systems integration, ensuring seamless interoperability and functionality across various platforms and technologies.
Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating technical risks, whether they involve infrastructure vulnerabilities, software defects, or compatibility challenges.
Capability to translate client requirements into technical solutions, aligning them with the client's offerings and capabilities.
Advocacy for a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to propose and implement process enhancements and technical innovations.
Competence in crafting comprehensive project strategies that align with both technical requirements and the overarching business objectives of the client and its stakeholders.
Strong decisionmaking skills, adept at resolving conflicts and making informed choices that balance technical feasibility with business imperatives.
