The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the success of our logistics solutions in the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to build and manage high-performing sales teams and foster long-term relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in Mexico.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
    • Manage key accounts, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainability

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries.
    • Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions is highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent in both Chinese, English and Spanish (written and verbal).
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
