WHAT IS YOUR ROLE


As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth and success by engaging with potential customers over the phone.

Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to individuals or businesses, promoting our products and/or collecting data on targeted organizations and individuals.


This role is focused on identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating initial contact, and nurturing prospects to a point where they are ready to engage with the sales team.

Your efforts directly contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and promotions. Effectively communicate the unique selling points and value propositions to potential customers.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record customer information, feedback, and sales data into the company's CRM or other designated systems. Generate regular reports on call performance and sales metrics.
  • Adherence to Script and Guidelines: Follow predefined call scripts and adhere to company guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance in all interactions.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, sales, and other performancerelated metrics.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of quality in all interactions, ensuring professional conduct, empathy, and a positive representation of the company's brand.

Requirements:


YOU HAVE

  • 12 Years of experience in sales and lead generation.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with any CRM software and sales tools.
  • Proficient on english.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Is a Plus to have experience explaining technical concepts related to software maintenance.
  • Ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations and build rapport.
  • Persuasive and persistent, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
