POS Supply Chain Specialist
Adyen is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support growth and scalability of POS in the region.

We have been really successful in payments worldwide and want to continue building and offering the best possible solutions to our merchants.


Adyen In-Person payment solution is driven by a combination of our physical POS payment devices in store and our core processing platform.

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing warehouse, inventory and orders.

Based on business requirements, contribute to the new logistics products introduction and help setting up new processes with warehouses and partners.


What you'll do:


  • Manage POS Operations: this includes inbound and outbound processes, planning, inventory management, production, shipping and reverse logistics. You will work close to our suppliers, warehouses, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the right quality of POS products and services to our merchants.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze and resolve inefficiencies in existing processes by liaising with the appropriate teams within the company or with our supply chain partners.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Help building the appropriate performance reports to support decision making (e.g. Lead-Time KPIs, forecasting,)
  • Work with the Global Supply Chain team and Product Managers to guarantee company standards and blueprint are considering local requirements.

Who you are:


  • Experience: 5+ years of resultsoriented track record in Supply Chain and Hardware Logistics.
  • Hands on: You are motivated to engage in existing processes and manage stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
  • Pragmatic: You will have strong problemsolving capabilities to take concrete action plans and execute against them while dealing with daily operational tasks.
  • Work as a Team: You align and collaborate with colleagues from different departments and external suppliers.
  • Analytical: You have a fundamental understanding of operations and logistics processes.
  • Tech savvy: Enthusiastic about modern technology and the adoption in the daily operations to bring Supply Chain Management to the next level.
  • Communication: You are able to communicate well in Spanish and English.

What's next?
Please note that this role is a full-time position in Mexico City (hybrid way of working). It will require a relocation in case you live outside.
