Are you an experienced architect with a passion for leading projects from conception tocompletion? We're seeking a Project Architect to join our team and take on a range of
responsibilities, from conceptual design to construction document production. If you
thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and excel at managing
teams, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Independently coordinate projects
- Lead conceptual design, presentations, and various design stages
- Create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
- Research building materials and generate specifications
- Review technical standards with precision
- Supervise and manage junior associates
Requirements:
- 58+ years of experience in Architecture
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Sketchup, and rendering software
- Strong 3D software skills for design communication
- Proficiency with Construction Documents preparation
- Experience with U.S. Construction Documents
- Ability to manage projects and mentor junior associates
- Demonstrated experience in largescale and complex projects
- Preference for experience in multiunit retail and industrial developments
- Full understanding of architectural principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations in the U.S.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong conceptual design abilities
- Effective communication with supervisors
Salary:
$31, $42,000.00 per month
