    Our Software Development team is hiring Software Engineers.
    We support the full cycle of our software product suite, which gives us the unique advantage of keeping all development needs in-house. Our technology and the industries we support are complex which requires additional awareness of how we support our people to be successful. Whichever team you join you start on a path with a mentor and hands on training to help navigate your new role as you ramp up to be fully independent.
    The Tech stack you use on the day to day will be dependent on the team you join. We have 20+ development teams that build and maintain different features of our product suite. Our app teams partner with our in-house Quality Assurance and DevOps engineers to keep our forward-looking company working with the latest technologies to help our clients build for a greener future.

    Your Impact

    • Develop rich client applications that allow our customers to visualize the power grid.
    • Maintain infrastructure of applications to ensure processes are running as quickly as they need to, not crashing, feeding correctly
    • Identify and fix issues within current software
    • Create new feature / product development to meet evolving requirements
    • Collaborate within a cross-functional team environment

    What You'll Need

    • Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
    • 0 to 5 of Mobile Development using Flutter (Dart) framework
    • 0 to 5 years of experience with Mobile development frameworks
    • 0 to 5 years of experience with agile development principles, continuous integration, and writing automated unit tests.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience with System Desing
    • 1 to 3 years of experience working with distributed teams
    • English intermediate/advanced
