Work Directly With US Finance Leadership. Own the Close.
- MAVI is building a high-performance global finance network — integrating senior accounting professionals across LATAM directly into US leadership teams.
- This is not an outsourced accounting role.
- You will operate as a trusted extension of a US finance team.
- We are hiring experienced US GAAP accountants who are ready to take ownership of month-end close and financial reporting for sophisticated US companies.
The Opportunity
You will manage full-cycle accounting and reporting under US GAAP, partnering directly with US Controllers and CFOs.
This role is designed for senior professionals who want:
- Direct US exposure
- High ownership of close and reporting
- Visibility with decision-makers
- Long-term strategic integration
What You Will Own
- Lead full month-end close under US GAAP
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger integrity
- Produce accurate financial statements and reporting packages
- Support audit readiness and compliance
- Partner directly with US stakeholders on reporting discussions
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of US GAAP accounting experience
- Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle close
- Strong GL and financial reporting background
- Experience working directly with US-based stakeholders
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong professional English communication skills
