_Bilingual Sales Representative_

_Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
_

  • The Sales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers across the United States and around the globe.
  • Conduct daily phone calls and conversations in English.
  • Explain how our solutions align with the customers' pain points
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Engage customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy.

_Qualifications:
_

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with team members and team managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to be professional, flexible, resilient, solutionoriented, and creative.
  • Excellent selling and organizational skills as well as strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and representational skills.

_Education and Experience Requirements:
_

  • Bachelor's degree, or relevant equivalent experience plus a minimum of three years related professional experience.
- experience working as a Sales Representative or a similar role is preferred.

  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Currently living in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

Work Remotely:

  • Hybrid work negotiable after a certain period of time working in the office
