We are growing our People Talent team to support our NAMER (North America/Canada/Mexico) offices and are looking for a Bi-lingual seasoned professional Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist well versed in stake holder relationships, recruitment best practices and internal recruitment flow.

• Runs our entire recruitment process from end to end (job posting/interviewing/offer stage)
• Conducts screening and deselection before presenting candidates to hiring manager
• Provides sparring to manager on candidate fit to team and competencies
• Expert on regional recruitment channels. i.e., search agencies, job posting channels
• Promotes FLSmidth at universities and job fairs
• Promotes FLSmidth in accordance with global employer brand
• Responsible for regional recruitment processes and offerings in alignment with global standards
• Performs active search for candidates in hard to fill positions
• Performs analyses with medium to high complexity and problem solving relevant to talent acquisition initiatives and execution
• Runs recruitment process independently for middle management level positions
• Serves as a resource to managers in running recruitment processes including interview best practices
• Participates in group/regional community of expertise to share regional needs and exchange best practices
