TECNICO MULTIDISCIPLINARIO

JLL, empresa líder mundial en el sector inmobiliario, busca por crecimiento para su División de Servicios de Ingeniería Técnico Multidisciplinario (Mantenimiento de Áreas Generales).

Actividades:

Reparación de acabados en Tablaroca
Conservación de edificios corporativos
Aplicación de pintura
Plomería, cerrajería, albañilería, carpintería, herrería
Mantenimiento de alfombra, loseta, duela, plafones
Conocimientos básicos de electricidad
Manejo de herramientas eléctricas (taladro, pulidora, desazolvadora, esmeril, etc.)
Conocimiento de normas de H&S
Servicio y atención al cliente

Zona de Trabajo:
CENTRO MONTERREY, NL

Requisitos:

Secundaria o Carrera técnica
Experiência previa en mantenimiento.
Conocimientos, manejo y operación de instrumentos de medición.
Disponibilidad de horario.
Preferentemente con Licencia de Conducir y saber manejar Standard.

Ofrecemos:

Contratación Directa por parte de la empresa.
Sueldo Base.
