ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES THAT YOU WILL NEED TO CONSIDER:

• Manage Accounts Payable for a US-based company, including management of the AP Team and overall vendor relations.
• Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with the Company's Expense Report policy.
• Process Accounts Payable Invoices, Assist in Processing Payroll Prepare Client Billings on Engineering.
• Communicate with employees, vendors, and clients on accountingrelated issues.
• Basic Auditing.
• Participates in special projects as required by supervisor.
• Account Receivables: Coordinated sales reconciliations, monitored the collection of outstanding receivables, and built reporting dashboards for the leadership team.
• Collects accounts by contacting customers; investigating circumstances of nonpayment; negotiating and resolving conflicts; expediting payment.
• Provide financial analysis support and metrics: (budgeting, financial statements analysis, forecasting, CAPEX)
• Bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
• It's not essential to cover all these functions.

Requisitos:


Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design.
• Problem-Solving skills, Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Keen aptitude for systems knowledge.
• Software aptitudes/ knowledge. Experience using graphic designing tools.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign or similar.
• English.
