We are looking for an Operation Support Engineer

Fluent English is needed.

Key of Role:

Resource will be tracking and defining the correct team to resolve ticket.

Activities:

Monitoring of Tickets vendor related.
Contact vendor to raise, follow up and close INCs.
Coordinate Vendor/Sustain team activities if required
Understand each vendor scope and support the relationship.
Keep track of all VM related incidents to comply with SLAs and OLAs,
Current documentation review and update (this may include but not limit to: Integration map, Infra/Architecture technical manuals)
Attendance to all meetings and test cases.
Troubleshooting and follow up for service disruption.
Solution Integration within OneNetwork, SAP XI and EIAP.
Error log analysis and correct dispatching of the incidents.

Required Competencies
Business Process (GIS, Infinity QS, JDA, RedPrairie, Wondware Historian/InSQL, etc.)

BS Degree Systems Engineer.

We offer salary 55-60 gross + benefits above law.

This job needs a person with avaliability to work hybrid on Santa Fe, México City.
