Primary Job Function/Mission

  • Guarantee successful operation of commercial programs for the new assets and service improvement.
  • Give support in the development and implementation of the new commercial programs as required by the affiliate by the hand of the EPE Manager.
  • Awareness on available commercial services of competitors and be able to benchmark to design and implement affordability programs according to needs for each Brand and market.
  • Develop and evaluate with BT new business opportunities to help enhance the brand strategy to deliver a better patient experience.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Maximize the impact of commercial initiatives delivering an impactful patient experience.
  • Assure the accomplishment of the KPIs of the different initiatives, services and conditions established for each Brand and to evaluate adequate ROI contribution.
  • Guarantee the continuous growth of new patients and prescribers.
  • Generate dashboards for monitoring all the activities and results for the CSP and delivering them to the different internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with BT and Finance to evaluate key commercial initiatives and their impact in LBE for each of the brands.
  • Active participation in BT to enhance and contribute to the Brand strategy.
  • Work closely to benchmark with other regions to implement best practices.
  • Translate insights into impactful initiatives.
  • Teamwork with Access to define price elasticity and socioeconomic analysis.

Education
A degree in business management, marketing, science or a related field is required.

Intermediate business English required Fluent desired.

  • A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a field related position.
  • Expertise in Pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience with agile software development and usage (Office).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, mature, resourceful, desiring to embrace new learning opportunities.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact well with Senior Manager / Executives and external stakeholders and agencies.
  • Diligent individual that can quickly adapt to changes.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to details
  • Great team player with a commitment to contribute to the organization's performance
