What you ́ll do:

You will build the marketing plan, determine promotional programs to support the sales growth. You propose and evaluate ideas for new marketing campaigns and determines their validity based on budgeting concerns and potential for success.
Leadership with digital and media touchpoints across social influence and brand building exposure.

Oversee marketing spends

You manage and oversee the marketing spends for running new campaigns and maintaining existing campaigns. You also manage the POS costs and ROI.

Develop marketing supports

Initiate and manage the creation of POS and marketing tools. Ensure the updating of catalogs, product sheets, prices and sales arguments and presentations of new products to sales and logistics teams.
Create Campaigns and Analyze the Performances
You are responsible for creating and analyzing the performance of the trade marketing campaigns using data analytics to organize and interpret campaign data in a way that makes sense to those not familiar with these specifics.
Manage shows and exhibition
You are responsible for the preparation, the coordination and the execution of the trade fairs and other professional exhibitions.
Report on Marketing Metrics
You setup and visualizes marketing metrics and compile this data in an easytounderstand way.

What you'll bring to us:

You have a Bachelor's Degree and first trade marketing experience ideally from a FMCG background with a global consumer brand experience
You are a great communicator strong written and oral communication skills
You have strong analytical skills including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
You are dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines with a curiosity and desire to learn
You have exceptional organizational and project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail
You have proficient skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint, proficient skills in visual creative tools: Photoshop, InDesign
You already have experience with CRM
You are very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
You are a team player with ability to work crossfunctionally
