As an IT Engineer in our dynamic tech environment, you will be critical in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure.

This position is integral to our team, focusing on technical problem-solving, process automation, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network and security systems.

You will be joining a forward-thinking team, contributing to the company's growth and scaling efforts through your expertise and innovative approach to IT challenges.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, creating detailed documentation for future reference.
Configure and troubleshoot various networks, audio/video equipment, and security systems.
Streamline and automate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage and improve the mobile device management platform, focusing on security and user experience.
Conduct regular security training for staff to ensure awareness and adherence to best practices.

What are we looking for

Proven experience in IT, with strong skills in troubleshooting computers, networks, and conferencing equipment.
Ability to automate IT processes efficiently.
A proactive approach to resolving technical challenges and excellent problemsolving skills.
Good communication skills for providing enduser support and creating technical documentation.
