We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
Manufacturing Manager, based in
Apodaca (E-Systems-Electronics Division).

As
Manufacturing Manager will have an excellent opportunity to meet and improve production KPIs to help be the plant that customers prefer

YOUR TASKS WILL BE

Devise SMED techniques to process configuration changes over time to improve efficiency.
Daily production areas results reports
Raw material problems resolutions and action plan creations
Meetings with the multidisciplinary teams to resolve any issue
Foster teamwork and facilitate performance
Reduce workloads on each machine, in such a way as to avoid changing processes as much as possible.
Design methods to make the process more efficient.
Reinforce quality criteria through continuous training that certifies the methods used.
Inform all subordinates of quality goals through meetings and management reviews.
Maintain material and human resources to ensure compliance with the production schedule.
Keep staff informed of weekly production requirements.
Compliance with the policies and procedures of quality, environment, and labor standards of Lear Corporation.
Comply with the Safety, Health and Sustainability Policy.
Participate in safety, health and sustainability training and campaigns.
