Data Engineer must identify high-level functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the final user and knowledge of enterprise data warehouse architecture.

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / nonfunctional business requirements.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Build the architecture required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, Dataiku, Python and AWS big data technologies.
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with datarelated technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Keep Company data separated and secure across national boundaries through multiple data centers and AWS regions.
• Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
• Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.
• Works across teams to ensure IT system deployments are implemented with mínimal impact to production operation.
• Lead activities required to support project milestones and scheduled release dates.
• Works with third party vendors to understand their technology roadmaps.
• Defines requirements by analyzing business processes and designs & constructs solutions by analyzing of business processes and requirements.
• Coordinate business impact analysis for all releases executed by IT.
• The confidence to express ideas as part of a creative team.

• This position reports to Data Engineer Manager of Data and Analytics.
• Coordinate and provide support to functions across the Company.

• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer working with SAP Business Intelligence or related work experience.
• Deep experience in SAP ECC, S4/HANA, SAP BI Extractors, ETL process and Delta Management.
• SAP ABAP experience coding on transformation and extractors.
• Experience with AWS/Google cloud services: EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift/Big Query, Google Cloud Platform.

• Spanish.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw businessrelevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Excellent understanding of Datawarehouse development frameworks and best practices.
• Prior experience interviewing endusers for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and usability issues.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with AWS lambda is a plus.
