- You will be responsible for utilizing RingCentral, ARRIVEnow, email, and Slack to update our systems properly and communicate with drivers.
- Enter and update information accurately in our tracking software achieving daily metrics set by management team reviewed regularly
- Remain up-to-date following company-wide SOPs standards
- Routinely utilize the tracking board best practices
- Maintain open communication internal departments proactively relay information

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Carrier Success Representative to join our team. As a Carrier Success Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our priority shipments are being tracked and updated on a daily basis.
In this role, you will assist in tracking priority shipments which may include high-priority pickups, HR shipments loads with visibility tool errors enterprise loads etc depending on current company needs. You will also be required to make inbound outbound calls to drivers dispatchers while maintaining professionalism at all times.
