Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXTo support the business expansion in MX, we are looking a customer project leader who is passionate on project mgt, daily follow up with multiple teams and gets hands on work, components, products.

Join us in Mexico Monterrey.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Responsible for managing new product development projects and the development of complex customer specific variants.
Responsible for creating and executing project plans and revising the plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting of project cost, time and quality to ensure that projects meet Danfoss and customer requirements.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Perform Risk Management with systematically collected and reported issues, address mitigation actions, responsibilities and timelines.
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to customer.

Background & Skills:

Master/Bachelor Degree in related domain preferable
Sound tracking records of project management experience
Good communication and presentation skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Agile scrum preferable

PMP preferable

Experience of working in manuafacturing facility is prefere
