- Maintain all documentation in accordance with IATF 16949: 2016, ISO-14000 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Responsible for the development, documentation, planning and implementation of manufacturing processes, procedures and standards that may be applied to new or existing products.
- Develop manufacturing requirements for tooling, equipment, plant layout, material handling flow, and facilities.
- Research, select and coordinate the acquisition of equipment and tools necessary to support the manufacturing effort. Coordinated installations, relocation and commissioning of equipment and tools for new products or improvements to existing processes. Design and coordination of production measurement accessories and Poka Yokes.
- Degree in Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing industry.
- Wire harness experience (2 years minimum)
- intermediate English
- QAD (a plus) Auto Cad.
- Knowledge of Organizational Quality Objectives
