- Comunicación directa con la empresa en EUA
- Escribir/modificar programas CNC para todas las máquinas de fabricación según sea necesario.
- Sugerir cualquier cambio de programación que mejore la calidad, el tiempo de ejecución, el uso de material, etc. de una pieza.
- Supervisar el tiempo de funcionamiento de las máquinas de fabricación.
- Asegurarse de que todo el material se utiliza correctamente para que los desechos se mantengan al mínimo.
- Procesar las solicitudes internas de varios departamentos, incluidos los accesorios.
- Correcta distribución y asignación de tareas, aduanas y CEs.
- Diseña y realiza modificaciones del producto según las necesidades del cliente.
- Documenta la lista de materiales de acuerdo con el nuevo diseño.
- Documenta las nuevas piezas, la lista de materiales y las registra en el sistema ERP.
- Pruebas de diseño del producto en el proceso a nível de producción.
- Revisión y seguimiento de no conformidades de calidad.
Experiência y requisitos - Más de 5 años de experiência programando (CNC AP100 (AMADA) / Dr. ABE o similar), diseñando y modificando modelos de ingeniería, planos y documentación para el soporte de los productos de la empresa.
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería (Electrónica, Mecánica, Electromecánica, etc)
- Conocimientos de lean manufacturing y six sigma
- Inglés avanzado (hablado-escrito)
Conocimientos: - Procesos de fabricación del área metalmecánica
- Diseños de procesos de fabricación de metales y pintura en polvo
- Dibujos y prácticas de documentación
- Introducción de nuevos productos
