Digital Taxonomy Analyst

Objetive:


Activities:


  • Review content and taxonomy within the DAM and make recommendations for additional tags or keyword that should be applied to assets to improve the user experience or the findability of assets.
  • Provide and maintain detailed business analysis, process, and procedural documentation for DAM users and creative workflows
  • Assist with digital asset and metadata ingestion, cataloging, publication to the business, and enduser system support
  • Create digital asset and metadata metrics reports for the business as needed
  • Support the continued development of our content taxonomy to ensure efficient content management and reporting
  • Evaluate categorized content to identify gaps in coverage, misclassified content, redundant and/or ineffective categorization rules

SKILLS

  • Bilingual English & Spanish
  • Advanced
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to understand and use: Excel, Adobe AEM /Cloud
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in crossfunctional teams
  • Experience in planning for content reuse and curation, adaptive content strategy, and content personalization architecture.
  • Experience with database and analytics tools
  • Experience planning, updating and analyzing content taxonomies and structured metadata for large
content catalogs, optimized for search relevancy and customer interactions

  • Experience developing, implementing, and/or maintaining controlled taxonomies in a business
environment


EXPERIENCE
- +3 years work experience working with taxonomy and digital asset management systems

  • Handson experience developing managing complex libraries, product taxonomies, ontologies,
folder structures and multi-faceted classifications.

  • Experience working successfully with stakeholders and partner teams to translate business needs
into taxonomy solutions.

  • Outstanding attention to detail, commitment to excellence and problem solving ability.
  • Past work managing metadata and creating domain models.
  • Knowledge of Adobe AEM Assets
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and planning
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel and PowerPoint

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Administration, Bussinessor related field of study
