- Supervising craftsmen for Locomotive inspections, repairs, and maintenance
- Management of Daily Inspection Center/Service track personnel and equipment
- Preparation of locomotive consist sets as per TSP
- Checking and managing fuel supply for locomotives
- Inventory management for parts and supplies
- Coordinating with Transportation staff for locomotive maintenance
- Attending verification visits
- Demonstrating operational excellence and customer focus
- Identifying and addressing violations
- Promoting teamwork and accountability
- Developing and retaining high-performing teams
- Exemplifying company culture and values
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant operations experience
- Medium command of English
- Mechanics, electricity, and pneumatic knowledge
- People Management skills
- Basic Railroad knowledge
- Basic Computer system usage
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and commitment to quality
